Lock Down Day 18

MAHABHARAT : THE ANCIENT EPIC

For the Day 18 of the lock down my eyes opened up pretty fast than on the other days and gave me some energy to start my academic courses after lunch so prepared some of the documents for starting but after lunch plan got changed and the real game of thrones from the history came back on my mind yep it is not other than "Mahabharat".  This epic has so many characters that I was never used to able catch all the story although I had already watched this epic during my childhood. So , I decided to totally understand it for the first time and started watching the shortest animated version of this epic which was of two hours. Even the shortest version was of two hours.

So, me watching the animated version gave me some of the basic knowledge about this real game of thrones. It's a long story to talk about on this blog but in short I would like to say it as the Battle between the Kauravs and Pandavs. It was the battle for the throne of the Hastinapur.

In the simple words it was the battle for the throne between the brothers in which Pandavs were cheated somehow by Kauravs and took over the thrones of Hastinapur.

Similarly, there are many gods involved in this epic, lord Krishna known as avatar of lord Vishnu was involved. I would like everyone to listen to this story and learn a lot of things. "Bhagavad Gita" one of the hindu scripture was the narrative framework of a dialogue between Pandav Prince Arjun & his guide Lord Krishna through out the battle of Kurukshetra. As I said it would be an very long if I start talking about all of this epic so would suggest you to do some google and you can find a lot of things. Even after finishing the movie I was interested in this epic which made me look for the characters and it nearly took me a day to look out about the whole characters.

Later on even thought who can play the characters of this epic if it was made in the Nepalese film industry. Although I ended up giving some the roles to the artist on my own imagination and i thought it to be as follows:
Abhimanyu - Najir Hussain
Arjuna - Nischal Basnet
Bhima - Dayahang Rai
Draupadi - Garima Panta
Duryodhana - Saugat Malla
Dushashan - Bipin Karki
Karna - Karma Shakya
Krishna - Paul Shah
Sakuni - Sunil Thapa
Yudhisthira - Asif Shah

So, Day 18 was all about the ancient epic : Mahabharata, that would conclude it. If anybody happens to make this epic in the future than I would obviously like to get involved in the any possible way to make the project successful, so if anybody wants to call me for any help I will be available for it hehehehehe.....

Stay Home, Stay Safe

!!Thank You!!

LOVE vs CARE

Love and care are two concepts that are often used interchangeably, but they are not the same thing. Love is an emotional state that involves a strong affection or attachment to someone else, while care is the act of providing for someone's needs and wellbeing. In this blog post, we will explore the difference between love and care and why one may be more important than the other. When we talk about love, we often think of romantic love or the love between family members. This kind of love is often characterized by strong emotions, such as passion, affection, and attachment. We feel love when we are attracted to someone, when we feel a deep connection with them, or when we are committed to their wellbeing. Love is often seen as something that is unconditional and selfless, something that we give freely without expecting anything in return. On the other hand, care is more practical and tangible. When we care for someone, we provide for their needs and ensure their wellbeing. Thi...

What should we be teaching ??

The question on the "Title" haunted me since I completed my high school and joined a university. It always used to revolve around my head. Usually all I used to do was complain about how school have failed me and not teaching about anythings on what really happens on outside world or the life. This gave me a lot of room to think and research on what can we really teach and make the upcoming generations time worth in the schools. During the process I found some of things over internet and some popped up on my head upon observing ownself and asking questions as what I want my teachers/instructor to teach if I ever get the chance to study at school again. I would just like to say two answers although there are never ending things we can discuss on this topic, self-discipline and self-awareness. As a teacher/instructor if you are able to teach your students how to be self-disciplined and self-aware than sooner or later all the students you ever taught will be thanking you for bei...

Railway in Nepal : High-Speed 20 minutes Triangular Intercity Connection

I always wondered about why everyone from every city or corner of our country wants to live in Kathmandu valley. Simply put I got my answer as soon as I came to valley to pursue my higher education. It has more opportunities and facilities to every man who lands his/her foot in this place. Valley is a great, vibrant, diverse city. But, personally I find Kathmandu as not so great city to live due to it's pollution, water problem and traffic jams. And all the time I was highly irritated with these traffic jams, wished there was a way to get to valley from my own hometown under 30 minutes. As I mentioned my hometown "Hetauda" is about 80km by the shortest route and about 220km through the other great city "Bharatpur" from the valley. Seeing the developed infrastructures of the developed contries and even our neighbouring country India has always envied me personally even though I couldn't contribute much on from the individual effort of mine. And I am fascinate...
