Lock Down Day 29

RAIN & THUNDERSTORMS...


It's the 29th Day of Lock down, a day to go for a month of lock down and even nature have started to become more fierce since last two or three days the weather is changing in a rapid manner there's rain, hailstones and thunderstorms most of the time throughout the day. Now moving on what I did today 

Woke up, the sun was not up so I thought today I woke up really early but it was the weather that made me fool and as usual I was late today too,

Had an awesome meal with sounds of rain drops striking our roof, 

After then sat down for finishing the concept paper of our project, which took us a lot of time hahahaha,

As on other days had lunch, some internet surfing for finishing the concept paper with increasing rain and thunderstorm noise from the environment,

Talked with some of the friends, did video chat with few of them and finally dinner, 

After dinner was back on my room with power cut and insanely heavy rain and thunderstorms which may have lasted whole night, 

That will be all for the a day before the 30th Day of the lock down. Till the pandemic is over

I always wondered about why everyone from every city or corner of our country wants to live in Kathmandu valley. Simply put I got my answer as soon as I came to valley to pursue my higher education. It has more opportunities and facilities to every man who lands his/her foot in this place. Valley is a great, vibrant, diverse city. But, personally I find Kathmandu as not so great city to live due to it's pollution, water problem and traffic jams. And all the time I was highly irritated with these traffic jams, wished there was a way to get to valley from my own hometown under 30 minutes. As I mentioned my hometown "Hetauda" is about 80km by the shortest route and about 220km through the other great city "Bharatpur" from the valley. Lock down Day 1

What I did during the lock down ? These are some of the things I did during the lock down due to COVID-19 or novel Corona virus. 1. We're surviving in a pandemic, observed some of the pandemics from the history got to know that before the industrial revolution i.e. before 1950s every decade a new outbreak was occuring but after the 1950s the frequency of the outbreaks have increased. And as there's always aftershock after an major earthquake there's a possibility of the diseases to recurr as the viruses might mutate.  2. Since, our country has a poor health facility one of my friend being an enthusiastic engineer was trying to make Personal Protection Equiment (PPE) for the medical officers as in case of Italy every 10 in 1 person in Italy who died due to COVID-19 was a medical personnel.
